Mechanical Process Sequence of the Machines
Container Entry & Indexing
Containers enter the system via a timing screw and infeed starwheel, transferring to the pallet assemblies on the main carousel.
Stationary Glue Dispensing
Rotary plates holding the containers remain temporarily stationary while highly accurate glue nozzles apply the adhesive directly to the container.
Counter Rotation & Label Pickup
Containers are rapidly rotated counter to the direction of carousel rotation, transferring the wrap around label directly from the dispenser.
Wrap Around Application
Adhesive is applied directly to the container, preventing glue from accumulating on other pre-cut labels in the box to impair operation.
Final Compression & Sealing
Specialized brush stations and pneumatic compression pads firmly seal the label overlap, curing the bond instantly.
